The item must not be a custom, clearance, or final sale item

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Description of the item and reason for return

We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
